Pityriasis Versicolor

15 year old boy, no itching nothing just reported for cosmetic reasons concerned for lesions over his shoulder which are hyperpigmented lesions blackish tint, and when I tried to rub them it had this scaling as shown with erythema Is this Pityriasis Versicolor?

Pityriasis versicolor. A common fungal infection that causes small, discoloured patches of skin. Pityriasis versicolor is caused by an overgrowth of yeast on the skin. It's also called pityriasis versicolor and is caused by a type of yeast that naturally lives on your skin. When the yeast grows out of control, the skin disease, which appears as a rash, is the result.
Tinea PITYRIASIS Itraconazol 200mg od Zocon 150mg weekly Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply Lulliconazole oint locally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
