Resisted isometric contraction is pain free. No pain in any movt.

What can be the diagnosis? A lady aged 56 suddenly developed a lump/mass anterior aspect of rt shoulder following lifting two sack full of rice. No tenderness or pain present.

If it's pain free then m sure it's a lipoma nothing else. It could be epidermoid cyst or cancerous growth because all the other causes pain. Better to go with MRI if your patient can afford MRI cost.

Dear sir. The development of the mass was sudden following weight lifting. Before that everything was ok. And all the movements are full and painfree.

Any abnormal posture ?? Need to MRI for batter investigation.
There is mass development suddenly after weight lifting around the anterior shoulder rt side.
