84 y/o male presented with an intermittent rash that “comes and goes” for the last 3 years. No significant history other than PVD. Hx of smoking for 40 years. What’s the dx?
Chr eczematous dermatitis Levocet 5mg bd. Tapering dose of steroid orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than lobate-S oint locally bd. Sulphur 2%oint locally biweekly HS. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally.
