38 yr old male came with c/o painless progressive swelling in the dorsum of 1st metacarpel region (past 7 days) left hand .... h/o mild trauma +.. what's the propable diagnosis & treatment

H/o trauma and ulcer is painless contradictory needs to r/o diabetic neuropathic ulcer or vdrl(syphilitic) though it is exgenital consider hiv 2 and 2
