25 yrs f c/o pruritic lesion on lt lower leg 15 days treated elsewhere applications can not described onset doesnot know but felt some bite but didn't notice spot the dx

Gangrenous Pyoderma could be first suspected, an auto immune disease. Second possibility of Insect bite.. And third one to confirm BS level for diabetic dermatopathy. Steroid has been found helpful in Gangerious Pyoderma.. Surgery/Cut is not advisable
