According homoeopathic insisted that diagnosis is 90% history, 9 % physical examination & 1% laboratory test so I am not suggesting that such laboratory findings are not considered for inclusion in our materia Medica but I would caution about expecting too much regarding their usefulness to us in determining similitude a remedy evening such findinding were consistently collected they would be useful than the much more diverse manifest symptoms & signs available in the callassical homoeopathic lab finding have the superficial air of " objectively" yet their role in characterizing a state both conventional medicine & in our discipline is most often supportive & secondary to clinical assessment.

Dear @Dr. Hiral Maliwad kindly ponder about the Question asked. There are reports of curing cancer and many such advanced structural pathologies. And as we advance in our practice (mine is 12 years) we Start to see such cases where we need REAL GUIDANCE.

1 . Pathological changes can be either Functional ( ie dynamic pathology ) or Structural. ( Ref : Aph No: 81 ) 2 . Advanced pathological conditions generates structural changes in organs , tissues , eg : ( Lab :reports of histopathology , cytopathology etc ) 3 . While case- taking in advanced pathologies following aspects can prove helpful. ( a ) Age ( b ) Patient's personal, family , treatment history etc ( c ) Complexion , colour , texture of skin ( d ) Particular organs , tissues , location , character and physical aspects of lesions . ( e ) Valid etiological factors. 4 . In pathologically advanced cases CONSTITUTIONAL CURATIVE TREATMENT NOT ADVISABLE . Such cases have decreased susceptibility. So lower potencies are required . Either Drug level or Medicine level prescriptions are allowed due to decreased susceptibility. If the patient shows increased vital reaction gradually increase the potency. 6 . Cases with irreversible pathology-- referred to Palliative treatment. Administration of Correctly selected remedy followed by the patient's response is important for directing the patient for palliative treatment. For that Kent's 1'st , 5'th , & 7'th observations are dependable. 7 . Appropriate--Diet & Regimen too have key role in managing the case.

We should select the constitutional remedy ,then start from minimum potency nd dose . slowly increase the potency nd wait for change s to come Yes if their is any emergency like pain, any retention , excessive bleeding etc, that should be better with in few hrs of giving the first dose.that means medicine and potency selection is right
Thank you doctor

I think it should be based on therapeutic medicine in substantial doses (mother tinctures) or in lower potencies.
