the female have this type of swelling on both eyes since 8-10 days no pain and no itching what diagnosis and treatment

Internal hordeolum Hot compression four times a day. Azithromycin 500mg od. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion and normal water frequently and antibiotics eye drops locally and eye oint over . Keep eye clean and protect eyes from strong sunlight and bad weather conditions. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally.
