43 y/M Old tobacco chewer, having for a week. suggestions plz .

It's case of sailadinitis, recovered within 6 days of tt.

Clinically it's an non-healing, irregular, ulcero-proliferative growth w.r.t ventrolateral surface of tongue on right side. D/D-1.Malignant Ulcer 2.Traumatic Fibroma 3.Deep fungal infection Investigations-1.Adv.Biopsy and wait for histopathological examination to confirm the diagnosis. 2.Haematological Examination. Rx-Symptomatic treatment followed by surgical excision only after confirmation of diagnosis.
