Yellowish mass on the ocular surface

A 72-year-old male presented with a yellowish mass on the ocular surface for the past 3 months. Her past medical history is significant for hypertension. She denies a history of ocular trauma and is not taking any topical medication. She reports a history of eye surgery 30 years ago, but cannot recall what type of surgery it was. What is your favorite diagnosis and management of this patient?

Looks like an ocular surface squamous neoplasm (OSSN) having location near the limbs,elevated lesion probably stained with fluorescein and with feeder vessels.
