8years old girl having history of abdominal pain since 2years. USG shows 8mm gallstone. Dx? RX? Chief Complaints Abdominal pain

An 8 years old child have a solitary gall stone needs evaluation for the causes Rule out haemolytic anaemia like sickle cell disease and hereditary spherocytosis . Once causes have been ruled out - she needs a laparoscopic cholecystectomy.as medical treatment like UDCA is not recommended in children
