Nodular Scabies. Nodular scabies (NS) is a well-known clinical presentation of scabies. It presents as pruritic, persistent nodules for months even after specific treatment of scabies. It probably represents the hypersensitivity reaction to retained mite parts or antigens. Permerthine ointment .Apply on complete body below neck. Repeat after a week. Fexafedine 80 mg.OD.x 5 days. Wash his all the clothing and belongings in boiling water
