plzzzzzz provide more history, examination findings and Iinvestigation this could be Kawasaki disease with strawberry tongue n peeling of skin usually periungual more details needed for confirmation

or it could just b angular chelitis seen in iron deficiency anemia .

cheilosis : severely infected

CBC shows Mild lymphocytosis, all other investigations normal.

in that case herpes labialis is more likely.. oral acyclovir is the treatment

Apthus ulcer with stomatitis.
