9 yrs fch with bullous lesions since 3 days, itching +,no fever, no h/o drug seniority. kindly discuss dd n Rx.

Bullous Pemphigoid, are lots of intact and tense Bullae, rather than a bunch of ruptured; So, It might be PEMPHIGUS VULGARIS

Kindly suggest management.

Epidermal ruptured bullae...... likely diagnosis is 'PEMPHIGUS'. Systemic steroid in tapering dose. Local antibiotic ointment to prevent secondary bacterial infections.

Bullous pemphigoid Steroid and antibiotics is effective
