ECG paper speed 50 mm / min Normal ECG paper speed is 25 mm / min Therefore all normal calculating formulas need to be doubled For example normal PR interval in 25 mm/second ECG is 5 small squares, where as it is 10 small squares in 50 mm/second ECG This ECG appears to be normal Except there is sinus tachycardia! Rate of 100/min
