Radiolucent lesion in the mandible

A 50 old male presented with a lesion in the posterior mandible of less than a year’s duration. His symptoms included pain, 3+ tooth mobility, & swelling of the gingiva and jaw. The patient also complained of anesthesia of the left chin and lower lip. CBCT show a well-demarcated multilocular and expansile radiolucency perforating bone and pushing teeth apart. Please diagnose!
