Normal cxr
Tubule heart , hyperinflated lungs ,?rt Hilary nodes , pls check serum calcium and may relieve on antibiotics, cough suppressants  and bronchodilators . Chest looks like copd/emphysema . May be a smoker and he may have concealed in history !!but for 30yr age very unlikely unless he started smoking since age of 15..!! Anyway if not subsiding sputum afb, culture and hrct  chest

Based on this report and symptom give patient mox 250 mg thrice daily for 7 days, with a becosule capsule along with romilast L5 1 tab daily at night . If the cough is troublesome low dose steroid like omnacortil 5 mg can be added
