It's haemangioma . As it's growing in size . Start treatment with propranolol . Start with a dose of 0.5 mg/kg/day in divided doses . Gradually increase the dose to 2 mg/kg/day . Give it after feeds . Look for two side effects like hypoglycaemia n bradycardia . Steroid remains other option too .
Cavernous haemangioma, try propranolol 10mg per day for 6 to 8weeks. Local antibiotics oint as surface appears breached.
