Clear examination of eye should be done. Take photos side ways with and without flash. Use proparacain eye drops to dilate the pupil and decrease the pain during examination. You can clearly observe the layers of eye ball. Here it's a chronic irritation to the sclera due to medial canthus trichiasis. Pigmentation started long back corneal epithelum looks cloudy lindus is looks normal,. Try to use indirect optholmoscope check the fundus and retina
