imp - pleomorphic adenoma. it is not a typical case as it shows some mitotic activity but there is no capsular or vascular invasion

The atypical glandular proliferation involves approximately 25% of the pleomorphic adenoma nodule. Although there is some mitotic activity, there is no definite capsular or vascular invasion. Some may consider this to be an intracapsular adenocarcinoma.
