TB ,Cavity, Sputum + ve. RNTCP treatment started.

Patient is known DM. Having fever and cough for more than a month H/O weight loss . Fever and cough not responding to the antibiotics. Patient reported to me on15.5.20. X taken . Give me the radiological opinion.

Sputum for AFB positive Done at RNTCP centre Anti tuberculosis treatment started. Uncommon ,cavities in lower lobe left of TB origin. Pathology are changing . TB and Diabetes are twin problem and common in India.
