Resp sir 37yr male having BP 140to146/88to96ranging in sitting position its 136/84 supine his ECG is normal he taking daily 5km of walking now he having mild frontal headache any need antihypertensive drug ?

Right now no need to start antihypertensive medication... You can simply advice for Shath Bindu Tailam Pratimarsha Nasya it will balance the vitiated vata and kapha and manage the headache
