Atypical lymphoid proliferative disease Possibly, Paediatric Follicular Lymphoma( Rare) D/D- Haematolymphoid malignancy /Leukaemia Infiltration However ,clinical evaluation,CBC, imaging study,BM study ,Flow cytometry, Biopsy and IHC for needful.

Smear shows precursor of wbc as well as lymphoid series inthe back ground of mature lymphocytes. Mostly blast cells seen . Most probabaly AML D/D by looking age ALL or LYMPHOMA.
