A 10year male child who has Palmo plantersweating, how can cure by ayurved

A 15 years old male presented with such lesion from last 2 years,no itching,sweating present in this area , no any others complain diagnosis and treatment???

the patient has this condition on both palm it has been there since childhood

22 yrs male patient ....a case of gradually hair falling for last 3-4 yrs .... thinning of hair ...no white hair ....it starts when he came to anand from veraval for study before 4 yr....he has perspiration on palm and feet in every season without any work...i think it's called TEJA GARMI.... patient is HOT... Can't tolerate the Summer season or heat ...need fan in summer but prefers the wrapping in every season or side by side during sleep....patient have not satisfied or discomfort until he don't complete of his work..pt said that.if sweet is there after meal than it is good ...but it's not my necessity.....plz suggest the treatment .....as a supportive i will give him mixyure of arnica and jaborandi oil
