Other local names given to Paederus dermatitis include spider-lick, whiplash dermatitis, and Nairobi fly dermatitis.

Paedrus dermatitis Levocet 5mg bd Tapping dose of steroid orally. NSAIDS orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply lobate-s oint locally bd. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
