A 13-year-old boy is presented with episodes of extreme weakness which made him unable to move his arms or legs, he experienced no loss of consciousness. During the event, he felt anxious and his breathing appeared to be labored, with shortness of breath, although he was not hyperventilating. He has a history of occipital headache. Suggest the line of treatment.

The first thing one needs is full history, Including family history, before embarking on tests. It has become bad practice to start investigation ,before even putting A stethoscope or taking any history. May be one can avoid expensive tests.
