Pustular lesions on arm and forearm of 13 yrs boy

A 13 yr old boy is having pustular lesions of 4 days duration on right arm and left fore arm. Initially they started as papules with erythematous margin.Now the discharge from them is producing contact lesions also. No history of fever is present. Only complaining of pain. What is the diagnosis and treatment. Plz suggest me

Cellulitis.. It is a common bacterial infection of the lower dermis and subcutaneous tissue.  It results in a localised area of red, painful, swollen skin, and systemic symptoms. DD..Lipodermatosclerosis.. Treatment usually includes a prescription oral antibiotic. Within three days of starting an antibiotic, let your doctor know whether the infection is responding to treatment. You'll need to take the antibiotic for as long as your doctor directs, usually five to 10 days but possibly as long as 14 days.

Erythematous.. Cellulitis.. skin lesions.. Bullous pemphigoid? Bullous impetigo..? ACD? Management.. Take a needle dip in alcohol and punch the skin bullous and dry it.. Clobetasol ointment used.. Tab levocetrizine 5 mg BD.. Cold compress.. Coconut oil use.. Alovira gel use.. Bath keto soap.. Keep the skin areas Sterile gauge... multivitamins antioxidants trace syrup. BD..

* Paederus dermatitis with cellulitis. Azithro 250mg bd. Levocet 5mg bd. NSAID orally. lobate-S fucibact oint locally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
