A 14 yrs old female pt came to me today with complaints of DOV, pain, itching and burning sensations for long.She is wearing highly myopic glasses. VA is 1/60RE, 2/60LE improving to 6/18p RE, 6/24p LE.pics of pt giving clearly indicating the Diagnosis.....

Use antihistaminics to at least prevent itching, as this will increase keratoconus. Do corneal topography to grade.. Treat with RGP.. Followup after 3months

Diagnosis is obvious but how to manage this case.... kindly share your views and experiences....

I think we should give the patient r.g.p.contact lense and it depends on the visual and refractive status of the patient

Keratoconus but obvious... we need to do topography n decide accordingly .. C3R is the best conservative treatment available as per me sir.

Thanks for suggesting RGP CL but I don't think it will work in this case....
