A 15 years old boy with typical facies presented with umbilical hernia with birth. pt presented with obstruction because of hernia but got relieved on conservative management. pt has normal IQ. pt has poor abdominal tone with poorly developed secondary sexual characters. Thyroid profile is normal. what syndrome do you suspect and line of management ? p.s .photo posted after consent from patient and relatives.
