A 15 years old male presented with such lesion from last 2 years,no itching,sweating present in this area , no any others complain diagnosis and treatment???

Vitiligo

- It's palmoplanter Hyperhydrosis along with ACD. - Topical steroid will be helpful . No need of agressive treatment. Preventive measures should be taken. - Aloe vera cream can be effective for dispigmentation.

Postinflammatory hypopigmentation Steroids orally topically antihistomonics Antioxidants avoid causative footwear or any other matter.
