Proper history any fossa particular period history usg shows mesentric lyumphadenitis do cbc esr mt urine rt stool rt ct abdomen pelvis biopsy HP Koch's lyumphadenitis dd amoebic colitis dd salpingitis dd dysmenorrhoea ddappendicitis dd rt ureteric calculus dd rt ovarian cyst
Non specific mesenteric adenitis . Though size greater than 10 mm is usually significant . Do urine r/e n c/s . Give treatment for yersinia enterocolitica .
R/o KOCH'S ABDOMEN CA ABDOMEN ORGAN PATHOLOGY APPENDICITIS CHOLECYSTITIS INFECTION INFECTIVE BOWEL DISEASE SEND LYMPH NODE BIOPSY
Mesenteric lymphadinitis. Probably viral Observation
Investigate for bacterial n TB Ch appendicites
Symptomatic treatment with anti infective component. Acute appendicitis should first b ruled out. Abdominal tuberculosis appears least likely as the nodes are subcentric in size.
Mesentery lymphadenitis due to appendicitis or intestinal tuberculosis to be diagnosed by investigation
Mesenteric lymphadenitis. Harmless condition. Give acourse of clarithromycin And antispasmodics if left lumbar tenderness aseven day course ofproton pump inhibitors also..
Mesenteric lymphadenitis is one common possibility
Mesentric lymphadenitis secondary to ? TB or a bacterial infection
