@Dr. Hemant Adhikari Sir, As per the relevant history and X ray plate of PNS, it is a case of Deviated Nasal Septum. But the patient is currently came with complaints of Earache with a long history. You have prescribed a good number of medications to combat the situation. Best of Luck. You may add 1. Karna Dhupana along with this. 2. Sarivadi Vati in proper dose 3. Valiya Rasnadi Kashayam 20ml BD in empty stomach with half glass Luke warm water to relieve from the pain. 4. Anu Taila Nasyam for DNS 5. Refer to a good ENT specialist from Ayurveda Section or Allopath section.

Would like to suggest nasya F/B dhoompan,as all complaints are urdhwajatrugat. Prefer Snehik nasya i/v/o pain(vaat) Also as you said,pt wants to persue his carrer in singing, enquire abt headphones usage for longer duration

Sir you have prescribed good medication but sir also advice for pranayam and sarivadi vati can also be given according patient condition.
@Dr. Hemant Adhikari Sir, Agree with your line of treatment, u can also go with - 1. Virechan - Koshta shodhan 2. Swedan F/o by Anu tail Nasya 3. Haridra + Triphala kwath - Gandush 4. Saptamrit loha + Sarivadi Vati 5. Septilin Syp. Rest F/o pathya apathya Practicing 1st two strictly will ensure u early results.
Your line of treatment is in accordance with pt complaints, even you can add Saribadi vati along with triphala gargle. Before that pls Check if any raise in Esinophils and treat accordingly to stop the recurrence.
