Mucosal Cyst
A 18 yr old male patient C/O Painless swelling on lower lip since 3months gradually increasing in size On examination it looks shiny and light pink in colour On palpation it is soft and easily movable Please suggest me probable diagnosis with treatment... Is it mucosal cyst...??

Submucosal cyst Adv Excision under local anesthesia
Oral mucocele. Treatment ,1. Cap.Phexin -500 mg ,BD for 7 days .2 .Tab.Ketorol-DT ,BD for 7 days. 3.Gel -Metrogyl DG-forte , apply Thrice daily. 4.Tab. Becozyme-C-forte ,OD at night for 2 week.
? MUCOCELE Is it fluctuation positive or negative? Rx Surgical excision and send it for HPE
