A 20 year old Female patient came to the opd with complaints of swelling of Right forearm and skin lesions present over forearm and hand for the past 3 days. C/o itching present. H/o ? Colle's fracture (Right) and went for native treatment(Using Egg, oil, some herbs).After removal of cast this type of skin lesions were started. ❓what is the diagnosis ❓How to manage this case
? ACD.. ICD.. ? CD .. NEED'S.. BILASTINE 20MG OD.. DEFLAZACORT.. OINTMENT.. CLOBETASOL.. AVOID EXPOSURE TO EXAGGERATING FACTORS..
Allergic Contact Dermatitis ur pt skin is dry,use coconut oil for daily massage and add kaishore gugulu,kayakalp oil for LA,avoid oily,fried,salty food
