As the patient is dizzy (orthostatic hypotension) with acute ongoing blood loss, she may have lost almost 30% of her total blood volume. Place peripheral IV line, large bore ASAP and start her on Normal saline and shift her to higher centre, as superficial veins may collapse transfer is delayed.

Thank you doctor

Start with pitocin in drip , blood transfusion on other side, evacuation and currattage if RPOC, Any broadspectrum antibiotics can be used to avoid infection

1–2 units of blood transfusion D&C again as some part of product still in uterine cavity

My dear dr..first of all mtp tabs arent advised in clinical practice. it has been illegal..sentenced to jail with penalty fine. More risks r associated with it if bleeding doesnt stop. severe haemorrhage and also goes into shock. be careful in such suggestions. now immediately hospitalize the ptn.

sir we are not advise and not practice but patient is already extra minded and after come in opd ..so first we advise to higher center bit as a doctor professional patient life important for us so i asked for management
