A 22 year old male patient present with swelling below chin since 2 months... Swelling gradually increasing in size... Pain is also increasing No fever O/E - 2 separate swelling , firm in consistency, movable I'm attaching Haemogram nd FNAC DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT ??

It lymphadenopathy no doubt of it but cause blood report inconclusive FNAC Suggestive of inflammation Suggestive of lymphadenopathy with secondary infection. Antibiotic Broad spectrum for 7 days FNAC may be helpful Excision biopsy will be conclusive.

Lymphadenitis. Might be tubercular or infective. Conservative treatment based on antibiotics and analgesiscs with serratiopeptidase for 7 days. Then further follow

Lobulated swelling in upper cervical l and submandibular region . Probably arising from lymphnode / salivary gland Though , FNAC is non specific, TB adinitis with abscess is possibility USG of the mass, biopsy ,AFB,CBNATT of pus should be done DM and HIV to be ruled out I&D ,Antibiotics

It seems to be Septic Lymphadenitis. FNAC and Pus culture for Lymphadenitis Koch's.. Antibiotics or cource of medicines accordingly.
