Breast abscess Look for cracked nipple , axillary lymph adinitis, signs of inflammation. Ultrasound exam, antibiotics ,I &D
Mastitis Or Breast abscess Needs sonologists opinion and CBC, BS(F) PP Test. I&D proper antiseptic dressing up and medication and also management this patient.
