Cystic swelling

A 24 yrs boy has been complaining of a swelling showing the image.. Which is gradually progressing in size and initially it was very much tender..now USG reveals that it is a SOL arising from wrist joint cavity likely ganglionic cyst..what is the next step of management?

Excision under LA

Ganglionic Cyst.. Management.. drain the cyst with a needle. Removing the cyst surgically also is an option. But if you have no symptoms, no treatment is necessary. In many cases, the cysts go away on their own... According to clinipathological evaluation..

If the cyst is soft and moving.. then nearly safe... ginger lime juice garlic little.. onion coriander juice.. ghee khichdi... cold pressed coconut oil massage and in naval... alkaline diet no sugar no nonveg diet no eggs no mushrooms no fried foods no processed foods purple cabbage cabbage juice orange juice cauliflower broccoli nofermented foods and beverages no vyasan pomegranat e muskmelon walnuts blue berries sunshine Prayers... sprouts kalijeeri..under strict supervision of Doctor

-Ganglion cyst Doctor since the size is increasing in size and is innervating with joint cavity Probably the patient might have issues In the future with the same Treatment of choice -Surgical removal of cyst.
