chronic reddish itchy lesion on chin
A 25 year female...itchy lesion in chin, unable to diagnose. A dermatologist started her on ketoconazole cream and tablets, no relief, a medicine doctor tried levocetrizine, showed no relief.... I suspected allergic origin only as she looked like an allergic shiner and started on desloratidine HS , she took one tablet and is bit relieved, is taking second dose today but still I can't put my finger on diagnosis. Kindly help again
She has seborrhoeic dermatitis and acne Fluconazole gel with benzyl peroxide 2.5% gel 1:1 twice on rash will help Mild cleansing lotion twice

Give her odoxil 500 bd also for 5 days along with dedloratidine and topically fusidic acid and clindamycin

5 days old baby presented with pustular rashes as in pic 1, I have given T-BACT ointment and oral antibiotic. now baby presented after 7 days with more similar pustules all over face . TLC is 10100, CRP -negative. kindly suggest line at management.
