A 25 year female...itchy lesion in chin, unable to diagnose. A dermatologist started her on ketoconazole cream and tablets, no relief, a medicine doctor tried levocetrizine, showed no relief.... I suspected allergic origin only as she looked like an allergic shiner and started on desloratidine HS , she took one tablet and is bit relieved, is taking second dose today but still I can't put my finger on diagnosis.
