12yrold boy with pigmentation over upper lip since 2 months, differential diagnosis

cause unknown, sudden onset, 1yr 6months old male child is an inmate of crèche between 9am to 5pm. Differentially diagnose n opine

32 years obese male, chronic alcoholic, type 2 dm under well controller came with this whitish colour patch in mouth from 2 days. The patch( plaque )is easily removable with rubbing). Also having pain in both cheeks, no fever presently. He had SJ syndrome 2 months back. presently vitals are normal. 2 months back ultrasound neck showed reactive lymphadenopathy.what is this and how to evaluate and further management.

Female child aged about 1yrs, suffering from Itching eruptions in legs, groin, nose and feet since few days. History fever and cough before the onset of eruptions. HFMD???

12yr female ,with decreased platelets and high grade fever every alternate day ,after platelets transfusion no improvement ..pt. is asymptomatic except fever ,dengu test is negative ..plz clear the diagnosis..thanks
