WHAT IS THIS LESION?

A 20 days fem baby having these lesions...plz spot and diagnose..

14 yr female. Weight 45 kg. Brought by her dad, presenting c/o following eruptions over face since 7 days. Over left side of forehead, over left zygomatic region, left periocular swelling. Even it started coming around the lips. Father gave h/o using multiple cosmetic products as the girl is teenager and like to make beauty blogs over social media.. I gave her first line treatment, by considering it as cosmetic induced allergic dermatitis. It was severely itching, not painful.. and no other area than face was involved. Kindly give ur expert opinions.. my D/D were 1. Cosmetic induced allergic dermatitis 2. PMLE 3. TINEA FACEI (Less likely) Im still confused about the case.. kindly help.

28yrs old male with this type of eruptions on face since 3 weeks.. Initially was pustular and was reduced by oral antibiotics.. Further was told to use clindac ac by one physician.. after using that is increased and became more inflamed... Kindly suggest diagnosed and management....
