ACUTE PYSOCIS

A 28 y/o Male c/o aggressive behaviour specifically verbal violence and anxiety.patient has a great background belongs to an educated family.patient is unmarried and a bachelor,14 months ago lost his job and currently is running a grocery store.patient had h/o mild hypertension in 2018 which is cured,current BP is 120/85 mmhg Has family history of diabetes from maternal side.Patient is not diabetic.From last 4 months patient is behaving violently with family and is in stress due to financial issues and personal issues like marriage.patient is sexually inactive(virgin).patient does not consume drugs,alcohol,tobacco does not smoke.he spends most of the time at shop and uses mobile phone 8 hours a day,sleep is not continuous he sleeps for 4 to 5 hrs at night and 2 to 4 hours in afternoon. Patient is physically inactive and obese, BMI is 33.4(height 5'8",weight 100kg).Patient was being forced into a marriage which was cancelled last week by bride's family after two years of matching.after this incident the patient became more aggressive and violent patient is extremely sad and he is thinking that he will die in a year. Please suggest Rx and Dx.

Patient is spiteful or malicious, answers snappishly, wicked disposition, addicted to mobile use , not sleeping properly , with sedentary life etc . -- Nux Vom seems helpful. Regular exercise + psychological counselling + Reducing body weight etc needs special attention.
