Better adv can be after seeing pictures Anyway presume you are asking about melasma only It is harmonal disorder usually after post partum It may be manifestations of nutritional deficiency like anaemia Treatment depends on cause Nutritional supplements Locally skinlite oint at bedtime or advice not to allow outing in sun after application and adv to wash after half an hour after application and use sunscreen lotions before outing.
