Seven days old head injury

A 30 years old had a trivial head injury - No history of LOC , no history of convulsions, no history of vomitings. Complains of headache and vague pain frontal region. Injury was one 1 week back ..Never consulted a doctor .Came in O.P.D with these symptoms and insisted on getting CT scan done . GCS was 15 with no neurological deficit. CT findings were surprising after 1 week of trivial head injury. Comments on CT and treatment welcomed

Agree with manorama mam, Although it is a week old, but tentorial hematoma being near in posterior fossa may deteriorate rapidly if there is rebleed or hematoma expansion by any means. Explain risk.. Get neurosurgeon opinion
