cure for gall stone Ayurveda views gallstones as a kapha disorder of slow metabolism including underactive thyroid. .To help prevent gallstones, drink plenty of water-8 to 12 8-ounce glasses-everyday. Water dilutes the bile and helps flush it from the liver. .mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with lemon or grapefruit juice and drink before breakfast and before bedtime. This treatment often helps eliminate stones in the stool. .dairy products, fried and fatty foods, and refined white sugar increase the risk of gallstone formation.
