Atopic eczema. The main triggers of atopic dermatitis are dry skin, irritants, stress, allergies, infection and heat/sweating. It's important to note that these are triggers that worsen the symptoms of atopic dermatitis, and don't necessarily cause atopic dermatitis.. Micanazole + Betamethasone + Salicylicacid application at axill. Itaconzole 200.mg 1 tab OD.x2 weeks. Ivermectin + Albandazole 1 tab OD.x 2 days.

Axillary swelling is tail of breast tissue It is usually confirmed clinically, by palpation, consistency is same as that of breast tissue It do not require investigation or treatment, Unnecessary expenditure on investigation can be avoided Itching is because of probable allergic dermatitis

Axillary swelling ? Axillary adinitis ? Axillary tail of breast, accessory breast Suggest US exam, FNAC . Rashes seem to be Urticarial rashes . Antihistamines may be suggested If the axillary swelling and rashes are to be combined , consider lymphoma.

Thank you,Doctor
