A 32 year old male presented with purple discoloration of the foot. Patient is non diabetic and with healthy build. His hobbies includes swimming. This condition is present since 1 month. No pain, mild itching is present. What is the diagnosis and management for this?
If we look only at the lesion at the foot it's purple in colour with unmarked remarking which is suggestive of Lachesis. Rest need to take the case constitutionally.
