No pain - but a little irritation present A biopsy reveals a microinvasive well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. S C C will need to be excised first and followed by radiation If radiotherapy is first choice you will need targeted panetrating radiotherapy machine so if that is possible go ahead

Radiation is the main stream of treatment of micro invasive oral cancer as there was no involvement of any deeper structure . Radiation may be given for treatment of involvement of lymph nodes Sometime chemoradiation with cisplatin is done for teatment of microinvasive squamous cell carcinoma of buccal mucosa.

ADVISABLE 1. RADIOTHERAPY. FOR. FIRST SIX. WEEKS... IF. PATIENT. RESPONDS. WELL. IN. 4. AND. HALF. WEEK. TO. THERAPY....THEN. MAY CONTINUE...WITH RADIOTHERAPY 2. IF. DOES. NOT. RESPOND IN. FOUR. AND. HALF. WEEKS.....THEN..... SURGERY

Refer to Oncologist for further management

Chemoradiation required ,adv.to consult with oncology
