m 11 years patented with a hyperpigmented macule and hyperpigmentation on neck and other region of body no itching no history of dm2 or thyroid disorders in family members suggest dd n rx

8 month pregnant female gravida 2 with this kind of skin lesion all over upper part of body from last 8 to10 years,but c/o itching and increasing in size.Diagnosis and further management please.
