HOPI Trauma while riding bike 10days back Past medical H case of DVT not a known case of DM HTN Past drug history patient is on Ecosprin 75mg and daflon OD Lab parameters TC elevated rest all normal ABI reduced in effected limb 0.8 Rest all normal What would be next possible way for treatment dear curofians

Swelling and discoloration of foot-- Stasis dermatitis, diabetic wound, r/o DM.? Peripheral vascular insufficiency.?

Looks like cellulitis after trauma.Tab .cefolac -xl bd ,chymoral plus TDS,elevation of part ,dressing with fusidic cream.(depending upon raised TLC another antibiotic can be added.
