A 37 y/o male presented with a skin rash affecting his abdomen, flank, and upper thigh that has been present for 5 years. The eruption itches on occasion but is otherwise asymptomatic. He denies family or personal history of psoriasis and eczema. Prior therapies to treat the rash included triamcinolone, miconazole and oral terbinafine. Examination reveals scattered, well-demarcated patches. What is the diagnose of this condition?

40 y/o M with no specific medical Hx presents with scaly red, pruritic rash on extensor surfaces of both elbows and under the armpit for 3 weeks, no fevers or constitutional symptoms. No Hx of other rashes. Has tried antibiotics and calendula with no improvement. Has not tried cortisone or steroid cream.
