47 years male papulosqamous lesions on both legs and front and back of the body since 13 years. Itching occasionally. Burning also with occasionally. Worker in finance . Type of psoriasis? How to manage it?

40 y/o M with no specific medical Hx presents with scaly red, pruritic rash on extensor surfaces of both elbows and under the armpit for 3 weeks, no fevers or constitutional symptoms. No Hx of other rashes. Has tried antibiotics and calendula with no improvement. Has not tried cortisone or steroid cream.

4 yr male child presented since last 5 days with cough and rash as shown in images , with generalised itching. on exam chest b/l clear , no fever..plz advise..no similar complaint in past.
